To find the best fit, measure your chest all the way around.
For a tight fit get the exact number for a looser fit go one size up. Or take your best fitting shirt and lay flat, measure left to right multiply by 2 and that will be the size you want, if it's a number in between order up.
For Example: If your chest measures 36" and you want a tight fit choose one that is 36"
if you want a loose fit choose 37". Always choose a size up if you are unsure.
Our shirts are high quality and do not shrink with washing under normal circumstances.
