Refund Policy

 "Refund Policy:


At Monarch Graphics & Design, we strive to provide high quality, customized products that our customers will love. However, we understand that sometimes things don't go as planned. If you are not satisfied with your product, please contact us at info@monarchgraphicsanddesign.com to discuss your concerns and potential solutions. We will do our best to address your issues and make sure you are happy with your product.

Please note that due to the custom nature of our products, we do not offer refunds as a general rule. However, in cases where we are unable to resolve any issues to your satisfaction, we may offer a refund at our discretion.

Most of our products are delivered by email, however, if we do mail a product to you, we recommend taking the following steps if you have not received a package that has been marked as delivered by the carrier:

  • Check with other members of your household to see if someone else brought in the package and forgot to tell you.
  • Look around your property to see if the carrier "hid" the package for its safety.
  • Contact your local post office and ask them where they delivered the package. If they say your address, ask the carrier if they remember where they left it exactly.
  • Consider taking precautions if your area is known for package theft, such as using a lock box that the carrier can access.

Please note that we do have insurance on mailed items, but any claims will need to be approved by the shipping carrier. The tracking information we provide (if any) is a convenience to our customers and should not be relied upon to determine the exact delivery date of a package. We are not responsible for any errors or misinformation provided by the carrier.

For custom digital products purchased directly from our website, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds. Please contact us at info@monarchgraphicsanddesign.com if you are not satisfied with your product and we will do our best to address your concerns and find a solution.

If you have purchased a physical product from one of our third-party partners, please refer to their refund and return policies for information on how to request a refund or return the product. We are not responsible for the shipping or handling of any physical products purchased through third-party partners.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To complete a return or request a refund, please email us at info@monarchgraphicsanddesign.com and include your order number.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return or refund request is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your request. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@monarchgraphicsanddesign.com.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@monarchgraphicsanddesign.com for further instructions.
